Clean Penny Service (CPS) is a performance duo of Lizzie Wright and Mike Smith. Established in 2009 in response to the overwhelming amount of dirty pennies in the world, their mission is to clean a dirty penny for each passerby, using “natural” methods whenever possible, free of charge.

La Llorona / Fair Margaret and Sweet William
A ritualistic song / story duet by Johannah Herr and Margaret Mary Downey that weaves together the folklore of the Mexican tale of La Llorona (the weeping woman) with the ominous Appalachian ballad “Fair Margaret and Sweet William" through a typewriter duet, a circle of salt, intricate cut-paper masks and folk songs not easily forgotten.
